     Nookala Soup (Egg Dumpling Soup)

6 cups chicken soup
2-3 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp satl
1/4 tsp, baking powder
pepper to taste
parsley flakes
chicken bits, cooked (optional)

Bring chicken broth to boiling point.
Combine eggs, flour, salt, and baking powder. Beat with fork. (Batter should be thick and lumpy.
Moisten teaspoon in broth before dipping into batter. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls into boiling broth. Reduce heat, cover pot, and simmer 10-15 minutes. Season with pepper and parsley flakes. Chicken bits may be added.
