Brown ground beef, onion, salt, and pepper. Drain off excess grease. Add soup, milk, and gravy mix. Place drained green beans on the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Pour meat mixture on top of beans. Arrange tater tots on top. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
