2 ( 10 oz) boxes of frozen brocolli florets, thawed
1 ( 10 3/4 oz ) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c mayonaiese
4 oz shredded chedder cheese (1 cup)
2 large eggs
1 small onion, chopped
48 round buttery crackers, crushed 2 cups
1 stick margarine, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350, coat 13x9 baking dish with non stick spray, arrange brocolli in dish.
Combine soup, mayo, cheese, eggs and onions in medium bowl; stir to mix well. spoon evenly over brocolli.
Combine crackers and mayo in medium bowl; stir to mix well. Sprinkle over soup mixture. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until sauces bubble and topping is lighlty browned.
