2 lbs beef stew meat

1 bag frozen pearl onions (1 lb or more)

1 jar pitted Kalamata olives, drained

1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained (chopped if preferred)

1 jar (28 oz) marinara sauce

Instructions |

|
Crock-pot recipe. Place beef and pearl onions in slow cooker. Top with olives and tomatoes. Pour marinara sauce over top.

Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until beef is tender. Serve over favorite pasta if desired.
