Place oven rack in centre position.
Preheat oven to 350°f. Put butter and chocolate chips into medium heavy saucepan on lowest heat.
Heat, stirring often until chocolate is almost melted. Remove from heat.
Turn burner off. Stir chocolate mixture until smooth. Pour into large bowl.
Add next 5 ingredients. Stir well.
Add flour and salt. Stir until just moistened. Grease 9 x 9 inch
(22 x 22 cm) baking pan with cooking spray. Spread mixture evenly
in pan. Bake in oven for about 25 minutes until wooden pick inserted in centre of blondies comes out clean. Put pan on wire rack. Turn oven off. Let blondies stand in pan until cool. Cuts into 36 squares.
Blondies are a lot like brownies except more fun—sweet cranberries and zippy orange zest will start a party on your tongue!
