Bring to a boil in a large pot the water, Bragg Liquid Aminos, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, sage, marjoram, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast flakes.
Add oats to boiling mixture.
Remove from heat and stir, mixing well.
Cover with lid and let sit for 20 minutes.
When cool enough to handle, drop by spoonfuls or ice cream scoop onto sprayed cookie sheet and form into patties. (I double the recipe and pat into a cookie sheet and bake 25 to 30 minutes.)
Bake at 350 (325 on nonstick pans) for 15 minutes for individual patties. Turn over and bake for another 15 minutes.
Burgers freeze very well.
