To prepare enchiladas, dump sauce into small bowl (but tortilla
must fit inside bowl) then, (sometimes fry the tortilla but only
until soft NOT HARD), if frying put between paper towels (if
frying you need vegetable oil). Dip Tortilla into bowl and put on
plate. Then add chicken and lots of cheese. Roll and put into
deep pan for baking

Set oven to 400 degrees. After pan is completely filled with tortillas,
top it off with more sauce (NOT TO MUCH, DO NOT MAKE TOO
SAUCY), then add lots of cheese until top is covered
