     Blueberry Cake or Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 & 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups blueberries
 
For Topping-
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Instructions
Cream butter. Add sugar and eggs. Mix well.
Add all dry ingredients. Slowly add milk and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in blueberries gently.
Pour into greased and floured 9 X 13 pan or muffin tins. In a cup mix the rest of the sugar and the nutmeg, and sprinkle on top before baking.
Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes
