1/2 lbs ground meet (beef, chicken or chopped shrimp)
(whatever vegetables you like to use)
1 Cup chopped onion
1 Cup chopped green onion or spinatch or broccori
1/3 Cup finely chopped carrot
1 egg
1 T cornstarch
1/2 t salt & a pinch of pepper
1/2 t sesami oil if you like
1 package of pot stick skin (thin kind)
3-4 T vegetable oil
1/2 C water
(Sauce) Add vineger & Chinese hot sauce to soysauce
Instructions
Mix meat, vegetables, an egg, cornstarch, salt, pepper, sesami oil.
Put one spooneful of the mixture in oneside the round or square skin & cover it. Put a little water on the edge of one side and close it. Make a little wave on the top side as you close it.
Put 1 T oil into the hot frying pan. Add the potsticks. When their bottom get brown, add 2-3 T water to steem them 1-2 minutes until done.
Mix soysauce, vineger, & red pepper or Chinese hot oil.
Serving
Suggestions
Dip the hot pot stick in the sauce as you eat.
