     Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients
oil for frying
1/4 C butter
1/4 C hot sauce
1 dash black pepper
1 dash garlic powder
1/2 C flour
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
 
10 wings

Instructions
Heat oil in deep fryer to 375. Combine butter, hot sauce, pepper & garlic powder in small saucepan over low heat. Stir until butter is melted & well blended. Remove from heat & reserve.
In a med bowl mix together flour, paprika, ceyenne & salt. Toss wings with flour mixture, cover, chill 60-90 min.
Fry wings in hot oil 10-15 min, or until parts of wings begin to brown. Remove, place in bowl, add hot sauce; toss & serve.
