     Chicken Parm Wraps

Ingredients
8 oz shredded chicken
1 c marinara sauce plus extra for dipping
6 egg roll wrappers
1 c baby spinach
1/2 c mozzarella
1/4-1/2 c parmesan
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In small bowl mix chicken and marinara.
Layer half of the wrappers with spinach, then chicken, then mozzarella, then parm. Seal with water.
Place all wraps on a wire rack on a cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray or olive oil. Bake for about 12 minutes until edges just brown.
