1/2 c all purpose flour

2 tsp powder

2 tsp sugar

3/4 c milk or buttermilk

3 tbsp sour cream

Instructions |

Preheat griddle to 350. In large bowl whisk flours, powder,
salt, and sugar.

In smaller bowl whisk egg into milk. Pour into dry
ingredients and stir until just combined. Add sour cream,
stir again.

Cook on hot buttered griddle.
