     Cheese Soup

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups carrots, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup butter or margarine
4 cans Campbell's condensed chicken broth
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups half & half
1 cup bisquick
1/2 tsp paprika
 
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp red pepper

Instructions
Cook carrots, celery, and onions in butter until tender. Stir in Bisquick and spices. Remove from heat.
Gradually stir in chicken broth. Heat again to boiling, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
Reduce heat and add half & half and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
Serving Suggestions
Serve in a hollowed out hard roll (bread bowl).
