Grate all vegetables and mix them around on your cutting board to properly distribute them evenly.

Let small skillet heat on medium with your choice of oil or cooking spray. When oil is glistening, add hash. Salt and pepper on one side.

Make sure to keep pressing down on the hash so that it is evenly cooking on the bottom. Add Tandoori powder to the top. Flip over when bottom is crispy about 10 minutes. Top side cooks in about 5-7.

|
When fully cooked and crispy, let sit on a paper towel to absorb extra oil and serve immediately after. Squeeze lime over the top.
