Prepare both packages of instant pudding mix as instructed on the box.

Crumble 1 and 1/2 packages of Oreo's. I like to take a meat tenderizer and smash the package to accomplish this, but it is up to you how you want to crush the cookies.

Spread crushed/crumbled Oreo's across the bottom of serving bowl. About 1/2 inch thick. Spread layer of chocolate pudding over Oreo's followed by cool whip. Add another layer of Oreo's, pudding, and cool chip until gone.

Place remaining uncrushed Oreo's on top for garnishment. A cute twist to this dish is to serve it in a clean plant pot with gummy worms mixed in. Serve with a hand held gardening scoop. My son loves this special treat.
