1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped ripe olives, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Triscuit crackers
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Spread on crackers. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 7 minutes. Serve immediately. Yield- about 4 dozen.
