Cook Meat and oil med-high till done remove and set aside.
cook mushrooms in skillet add onion and garlic. stir in flour, salt and pepper. add beef broth and wine. cook and stir until thick and bubbly. stir in peas cook 2-3 min stir in meat and potatoes until hot and serve over pasta.
