     Beef and Veggie Ragout

12 oz beef tenderloin, cut 3/4 in pcs
1 tbs olive oil
1 1/2 c mushrooms sliced
1 med onion chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
3 tbs flour
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1 can 14 oz beef broth
1/4 c wine or dry sherry
2 cups sugar snaps peas
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 boox or bow tie or egg noodles

Cook Meat and oil med-high till done remove and set aside.
cook mushrooms in skillet add onion and garlic. stir in flour, salt and pepper. add beef broth and wine. cook and stir until thick and bubbly. stir in peas cook 2-3 min stir in meat and potatoes until hot and serve over pasta.
