1 package of shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese
1 1/2 cups of sour cream
Instructions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Add pasta and boil for about 8 minutes. Drain.
In a large skillet brown the onion and meat. Drain
the grease and add the spaghetti sauce. Simmer for
15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Butter the bottom
of the roasting pan. Put some sauce on the bottom.
Next layer with noodles, sauce, sour cream, and
cheese...continue layering and end with sauce and
shredded cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese has melted.
