     Joyce's Cinnamon Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 stick oleo
1/2 cups crisco
4 Tbl cocoa
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda
1 cup buttermilk
 
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
Sift together sugar & flour. In a saucepan melt oleo, crisco, cocoa. Add water. Bring to a boil and pour over sugar & flour mixture. Stir well. Add buttermilk, vanilla, soda, eggs & cinnamon. Pour into a greased 11X16 pan. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
5 minutes before cake is done, start frosting. Bring to boil- 1 stick oleo, 4 Tbl cocoa & 6 Tbl milk. Remove from heat. Add 1 box confectioners sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and pinch cinnamon. Pour over cake while hot
Serving Suggestions
Tastes best hot.
