Cook chicken on grill for approximately 7 minutes. Slice into julienne strips. Set aside. Cook pasta until al dente.
In a saute pan over medium high heaat melt butter and garlic. Then saute chicken, mushrooms, and red peppers for approximately 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and continue to saute. Add cream and reduce.
Drain pasta, add to sauce and toss off stove. Garnish with parsley and serve with grated parmesan/romano cheese.
NOTE- I found this recipe to be a little bland. I would add finnes herbes to the chicken. and Mrs. Dash, salt and pepper, and Italian Seasoning to the saute pan. I also cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
