Heat oven 350. In large bowl mix all ingredients except 1c flour, oats, chocolate and nuts. Beat at medium speed untill well blended.
By hand stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons, 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes-cool for 1 minute remove from cookie sheet.
