Ingredients
1 peach
1 plum
1 nectarine
1-2 jalopeno pepper
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp lime juice
 
Instructions
Grill the fruits and jalopeno pepper(Lorna did not use the pepper) Slice. Combine with chopped red onion and cilantro and lime juice. Chill.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over flank steak or tri-tip
