6 Banana Peppers
|

1/2 lb ground sausage, hot
|
|
1 small container ricotta cheese
|
|
1 egg
|
|
shredded mozarella cheese
|
|
parmesean cheese
|
|
italian seasoning
|

garlic salt

vodka sauce
|

Instructions |

|
Prep banana peppers. Remove stems, slice down center and remove seeds. Blanch in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Rince in cold water and dry.

Saute sausage and let cool. Mix ricotta, egg, spices and cheeses. Add sausage.
|
|
|
Spread vodka sauce on the bottom of casserole dish (sparingly). Stuff peppers with cheese and sausage mixture.
|
|
|
Top peppers with vodka sauce, mozzarella and parmesean. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
