     Muffin Mix Buffet Bread

1 (8 1/2 oz) pkg corn muffin mix (set aside 2 Tblsp muffin mix)
2 packages rapid rising yeast
4 cup bread flour (or 3 cups bread flour, 1 cup wheat flour)
3/4 cup warm water
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup margarine

In large bowl, mix muffin mix, yeast, and flour. Mix well electric mixer.
Add water and soup to above mixture to form a stiff dough.
Heat oven to 350. Knead on flour surface. Put in bowl, cover and let rise. Grease bowl before adding dough. Divide dough into three parts. Knead and form dough into loaves. Grease 3 8 1/2 x 4 inch bread pans. Put in pans. Spread remaining 1/4 cup margarine over loaves. Sprinkle with reserved muffin mix. Cover and let rise until light.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans and cool.
