Boil potatoes until soft. Boil eggs to hard boil.(20 min)
Cut up potatoes, eggs, celery, pickles, and onions.
Mix equal parts of Miracle Whip and Mayonaise together, add pickle juice, sugar, season salt, pepper. Mix together with enough milk for the consistency you want.
Mix with potato mixture. Refrigerate.
