     Butternut Squash kugel

Ingredients
1 medium large butternut squash
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup oil
pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp baking powder
 
Instructions
bake squash and out middle.
mix all ingredients in order written
mix thoroughly with spoon. Bake in deep dish/pie shell at 350 until toothpick clean.
