     Easy Cheeseburger Soup

Ingredients
1 lb hamburger
6-7 potatoes diced
1 large onion diced
1 large can mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
Mix and put in crock pot. Cook 6-7 hrs. on low
Add 1 cup cheddar cheese let melt let sit for 20 min.
