     Ham and Potato Casserole

Ingredients
6 medium potatoes
1 can cram of chicken soup
1 stick margarine
½ pint sour cream
½ c. chopped onion or ½ Tbsp. Instant minced onion
1 c. grated cheese
2 or 3 slices cubed ham
Crushed cornflakes
 

Instructions
Boil Potatoes, dice in 9x13 pan.
In sauce pan heat soup and margarine until melted and smooth, add the cheese, onion, and sour cream. Pour this mixture over potatoes.
Add ham and mix together. Sprinkle top with crushed cornflakes
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
