     Healthier Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp ground sea salt
3 large eggs or 4 egg whites only
3 TBSP Smart Balance Spread Light
1/2 cup Applesauce
5 Medium, very ripe bananas
3 tsp Ground Cinnamon
 

Instructions
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine all wet ingredients in another bowl. Combine wet and dry ingredients together into one bowl. Pour batter into 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 55 minutes, bread should be golden brown and cooked around the edges.
