Ingredients
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup milk
1/4 cup olive oil
1 egg beaten
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 8-9 inch square pan. Combine dry ingredients.
Stir in milk, oil, and egg until mixture is moistened. Pour into pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
