Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Preptime   20-35 minutes
Wine/Beverage
Recommendations
  None

Ingredients
Steak
If fried, flour and oil and spices
if bbq'd, spices and bbq sauce
Type of Steak is important Cheapest best steaks are
called Chuck eyes, if can't get those, then rib eyes,
if going to fry and going cheap, then get a bone in chuck
round steak, or tri tips, even sirloins are ok.

Instructions
Frying- Do the same as my fried chicken, fresh garlic is optional, never put salt on meat while cooking it, it will dry out your meat, add salt when finished.
BBQ'd, you can marinade in whatever your choice is, or just put steaks on grill, half cooked start adding bbq sauce, watch closely, grease from meat can start food on fire, so just baste with bbq sauce a lot, until done
Corn on the cob- Put in large pot filled with water and boil for a couple hours, add a little sugar to water for flavor.
