Mix all wet ingredients in large bowl. Add dry ingredients and mix
well. Incorporate walnuts and raisins and spread into greased loafpans.
Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
You can slice cooled loaves, wrap in aluminum foil, place in freezer
bags and freeze. Thaws rather quickly when guests are coming. My mom
would always serve with butter or cream cheese. Enjoy!
