     Baked Artichoke Chicken

Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp Flour - seasonings
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
5 cloves minced garlic
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and halved
1 cup chicken broth
4 pitted kalamata olives
 

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 325. Coat chicken with flour and brown in a small amount of olive oil. About 4 minutes each side
In a baking dish, add other items. Add browned chicken and bake for about 1 hour.
