Bring water and oleo to a boil, then add flour and salt. Stir until it forms a ball. Remove from heat and add eggs, one at a time, stirring after each. Spread on a jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Cool.
Filling- Mix 1/2 cup milk with the cream cheese. in different bowl mix remaining milk and pudding. Add cream cheese mix and mix well. Put on cooled crust.
Topping- Spread cool whip on top and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Keep refrigerated until serving.
