     Peanut Butter Bars (dad's favorite)

Ingredients
1/2 cup melted oleo
1 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp water
Filling-
1/2 cup melted oleo
2 tbl milk
3 cups powdered sugar
3 Tbl peanut butter
 
Topping-
3/4 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
Instructions
Mix oleo, flour and brown sugar like pie crust. Add 1 tsp water. Put in 9x13 pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350. Cool
Mix filling ingredients with mixer and spread over crust carefully.
Combine topping ingredients in bowl, and melt together in the microwave. Pour over top, refrigerate for 30 minutes before cutting.
