Servings   8 - 12 pints

Ingredients
7 1/2 cups tomatoes, peeled and chopped
4 jalepenos` chopped...8 for Hot
2 green bell peppers, chopped
5 cayenne peppers, chopped
1 banana pepper, chopped
2 1//4 cups onion, chopped
3 6 oz cans tomato paste
1 cup vinegar
 

Instructions
After chopping all the tomatoes, before adding other ingredients, remove 1 cup of liquid. Throw away. Combine all ingredients and cook for 15-20 minutes. Fill pint jars within 1/2 inch of rim.
Set in boiling water for 30 -40 minutes. Remove and let cool.
Jars will pop when sealed
