1 C quick oatmeal

Instructions |

Cream lard and sugars. Add eggs mix well
|

Add dates, coconut, vanilla, salt.
|

sift together baking powder, flour and soda and add to creamed mixture. mix in oatmeal.
|
|
|
|
drop by teaspooon and flatten with a water glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 300 until golden brown.
