5 lb frozen chicken wings
10 oz soy sauce
1 C brown sugar
1/8 t cayenne pepper (optional)
4 or 5 cloves garlic
1 inch piece of fresh ginger

In a blender combine all ingredients (except wings) Pour blended mixture over still frozen wings in a disposable aluminum pan ( or use roaster0. Bake at 250 for 2 - 2 1/2 hours, turning and basting occasionally. when wings are done they will be tender. Serve immediately or keep warm in crock pot.
