In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Stir for about 5 minutes until bubbly. Pour the syrup into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Add French bread on top of the syrup.
In a bowl, combine eggs, Half and Half, vanilla, and salt. Pour the egg mixture on top of the bread.
Chill for 8 hours. When ready, combine sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle this over the bread. Drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
