Mix flour, oleo, add milk, little more flour if needed to roll out pie crust. Put in 9 in. pie tin. Bake at 380 until slightly brown. cool
Mix sour cream, raisins, cook until raisins are soft in heavy sprayed pan. This burns easy, stir often, Add sugar mixed with spices. Beat egg yolks,(save egg whites for meringue) add flour, stir gradually into cream/raisin mixture. Stir until thick. Cool and then put in baked pie shell.
Beat egg whites with water until foamy. Gradually add dry ingredients,salt,baking powder,cornstarch,sugar, mixed together. Beat until stiff peaks form. Put on raisin mixture. Seal edges good. Bake at 450 until brown.
