     Turkey Twice Bake

Ingredients
Bake a Turkey (save 2 cups juice)
2 cans golden mushroom soup
2 cans turkey juice
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
 

Instructions
Bake turkey, carve and cool or freeze until needed. Save enough juice to mix with the soup. When ready to use the turkey, take it out ahead of time to thaw. Arrange turkey in roaster.
Mix all together and pour over turkey. Bake 250 for 4 hours.
