Mix first four ingredients. Let jello mixture set until slightly jelled.
Use half of jello mixture in blender and add 3 cups cranberries and 1 large apple, blend. Add 1 1/2 cups ice cream to blender and blend. Mix blended mixture to other half of jello and add 1 can crushed pineapple. Stir thoroughly.
Put in 9x15 tupperware pan and refrigerate to set.
