Ingredients
2 cubed potatoes
1 sliced carrot
1 chopped onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 cups of soup mix (dry bean soup mix )
8 cups of chicken broth
 
Instructions
throw everything in crock pot and forget about it for approx 6 hrs on low
serve as is or put in blender and puree it
