     Pasta with Sausage

Ingredients
3/4 lb pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lbs sausage
1 onion chopped
4 garlic cloves
1 (14.5oz) chicken stock
1 tsp basil
1 (14.5oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (10oz) frozen spinach
 
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Bring water to a boil for pasta
In large skillet heat oil and sausage. During last 5 mins add onion, garlic. Then add broth, basil, tomatoes with liquid.
Cover over medium heat for 5 mins to reduce. Add spinach cover and cook for another few minutes.
Add pasta to mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
