4 cups peeled sliced apples

3 eggs

1 cup vegtable oil

2 cups sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. baking soda

2 tsp. cinn.

1/2 tsp. salt

2 cups flour

Frosting-
|
|
8 oz. cream cheese softened
|

2 tsp. vanilla
|
|
1 Tblsp. lemon juice
|

4 Tblsp.melted butter
|

2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions |

|
Put slice apples in 9 by 13 sprayed pan.
|
|
|
Beat eggs and oil until thick. Add sugar, vanilla,soda,salt and cinn. Add flour gradually and mix well.
|

Drop batter by spoonsful over apples, bake 350 at 350 degrees, for 1 hr.
|

|
Beat vanilla and cream cheese. Add lemon juice and butter. Mix until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat well. Frost cooled cake.
