Combine butter and cake mix. Press in bottom and 1/2 in. up sides of 9 by 13 sprayed pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 min.
Spread peaches over crust. Mix sugar and cinn. and sprinkle 1/2 of it over peaches. Combine sour cream and egg, and pour over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Sprinkle with remaining sugar,cinn. while warm.
