     Penne Pasta with Pesto Rosso Cream Sauce

1/4 cup of butter
2 tsp of Pesto Rosso
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
12 oz of sliced mushrooms (fresh)
1/2 sweet red pepper julienned
1 cup of cream
3/4 cup of parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of white wine
salt and pepper to taste
5 cups of cooked penne pasta

Melt butter in a skillet and add wine, mushrooms, garlic, and red peppers. Cook for 3-5 minutes until veggies are soft.
Remove veggies from skillet and add cream, salt, pepper, and pesto rosso. Allow to cook at medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add parmesan cheese and cook for 2 minutes.
Combine sause and veggies. Toss with warm penne pasta and serve. Can be topped with your favorite cheese.
Serving Suggestions
Top with steamed veggies or your favorite fish, pork, chicken, or beef.
