Mix together above ingredients. Form into 4 patties. Spray skillet with spray oil of your choice. I used Pam Butter flavor. Place patties in skillet. When lightly browned, flip over and cook until browned on other side. I then made some cocktail sauce out of 2 tsp of ketchup and tsp of horseradish.
