And add an additional 1/2 cup cheese on top
additional veggies (to equal 1.5 cups, mushrooms, peppers, tomatos, etc)
and ground turkey to make up the remaining portion of lean this would work.
Cheese - 1 cup towards lean
Green - 1 1/2 cups
Ground turkey - remaining oz's toward lean
Deduct Egg Beaters/Egg whites from lean if you choose to. Be sure to deduct any spices as well (not sure if oregnao, basil, ect would flavor well with the zucchini but I am imagining so.
