In a medium pot, add heavy cream to a medium high
heat. Do not let boil, only simmer, stirring
occasionally. About 2 minutes, add butter. Once
butter melts, add salt and pepper to taste. Drop
sauce to medium low heat.
At this moment, Boil water for pasta. Add salt or
oil to the water, whatever your preference is.
Once boiled, add pasta. Cook to au dente.

Once pasta is done, drain.
Add nutmeg to sauce for taste. Be careful not to
add too much, nutmeg is a very powerful tasting
seasoning.
Add pasta to the sauce. Mix well. Add 1 cup
cheese to the mix, adding an egg yolk as well to
the mix.
